Battery Type: The Powerchimp Lite requires 2x AA batteries (included). The charge time depends upon the capacity of the batteries used but typically the Powerchimp Lite outputs power at the same rate as if you were charging your device from AC mains. Both standard and rechargeable batteries can be used in the Powerchimp Lite.
Voltage: The Lightmonkey is supplied with a USB cable so it can be powered by any 5V device, including Powertraveller's range of chargers. It requires an external power source.
