Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Delivery Process

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.

You can visit online Order Status 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to view the most up-to-date status of your order.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

The 'Ships' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.

Items that ship within "24 hours" or "Ships Immediately" are estimated to ship the same or following business day.

Items with longer estimates ship from our warehouse within the timeframe indicated (e.g., 7-10 business days).

The 'Delivers' timeframe is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address after it ships. The estimated delivery date depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout.

When you select expedited shipping, your item will take the same amount of time to prepare for shipment ('Ships'), but will expedite the time it takes to deliver to your doorstep ('Delivers').

Orders received after normal Buisness Hours, Over Weekends or on Public Holidays will be processed the next Buisness day.

In order to process your orders efficiently there is a 3:30pm cut off time for all shipments, any orders received after this time will ship the next Buisness Day.

All estimates are based on business days.

Shipping Methods

Our Online Store offers a variety of shipping methods to anywhere in South Africa:



Free Shipping — This option is available on all qualifying orders of R2000 or more. Delivered to your nearest post office within 5-10 business days after shipping


SAPO Counter to Counter — Delivered to your nearest post office within 5-10 business days after shipping



Speed Services Counter to Counter — Delivered to your nearest post office within 48-72 hours after shipping


Overnight Express — Delivered to any address in 24 - 48hrs (Working Hours, Monday to Friday) after shipping. Excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

Economy Freight - Delivered to any address within 3-5 days after shipping



Shipping costs

Shipping costs can be calculated and displayed before you complete your order. Simply goto your shopping cart and enter your postal code into the "Estimate Shipping And Tax" box. Any of the available shipping methods can be selected during checkout. You will also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online Order Status.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged items

All shipments are fully insured againt Loss & Damage during postage.

Undelivered Items

In the event of either incorrect delivery address, or no-one able to receive the delivery, it will be returned to our offices. We will contact you to schedule a new delivery time but you will receive an additional charge. If you were initially eligible for free delivery, you will incur the normal delivery charges. Please check that you have supplied us with an accurate address and ensure that someone will be there to sign and receive your order.


We do not offer collections from our offices.
