Payment
We accept the following payment methods for orders, Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or via Direct Deposit into our bank account.
Our banking details will be provided upon completion of your order, but if you require them up-front, e-mail sales@easygis.co.za. Shipping will only take place once the payment reflects in our bank account. Cheques require 14 days to clear and goods will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. An EFT usually takes 2 to 3 days to clear.
Once an order has been placed, it will remain 'on pending' until the stock availability has been confirmed. Delivery time for stock on hand is between 24 and 72 hours.
Our business hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. All orders placed after hours or on weekends will be processed on the first business day that follows.

Delivery
We offer three delivery options:
1. A FREE Counter-to-Counter delivery service, for all orders over R1000 - collect the order from your nearest Post Office.
2. A R35 Counter-to-Counter delivery service, for all orders under R1000 - collect the order from your nearest Post Office.
3. A R99 flat rate for door-to-door delivery nationwide.
Products advertised with *Free Shipping*, will be delivered free of charge to your door.
All products are insured against loss and or damage during postage. You will receive a waybill number and a tracking number on dispatch.
Delivery takes between 24 hrs and 3 working days from date of payment confirmation, depending on the region of delivery. Deliveries to major metropolitan centres take 24 hours while those to smaller towns and cities take between 48 - 72 hours (our courier only services these areas every two working days).
Counter to Counter orders under R1000 are delivered with the South African Post Office. This service takes 3 - 7 working days to deliver to your nearest Post Office.
We can deliver on Saturdays but this also attracts an extra charge. We are also willing to make special delivery arrangements for bulk orders.
Backorders
Easygis may not always have all the products available, due to popularity of some products and availability. But we will accept orders for out of stock products to make sure that you are first in line when the shipment arrives. To ensure a backorder at the current price you need to pay in full the price for the product, failure to pay in full or at all will result in you paying the new price for the product should there be a new price on the shipment.
Out of stock items can take between 3 – 7 working days to order in stock if the supplier has stock and 7 – 14 working days if the supplier does not have stock.
Express Delivery
Should you have an urgent order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. The express service will attract an additional service charge.
Undelivered Packages
In the event that either of the following situations arises, the order will be returned to our offices:
- the delivery address supplied by the customer is incorrect
- no one is on hand to receive the order
We will contact you to schedule a new delivery time but you will receive an additional charge. If you were intially eligible for free delivery, you will incur the normal delivery charges. Please check that you have supplied us with an accurate address and ensure that someone will be there to sign and receive your order.
EasyGIS will not be held responsible for parcels signed for, and delivered to the address supplied.
Delivered Packages
All items with a tracking number and sent out on delivery, where the customer has been forwarded delivery details, will be regarded as delivered after a period of 3 months, unless otherwise notified by the customer.
Returns
All products sold on this website have a 14 day guarantee against defects and carry the full manufacturer warranty. Items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to manufacturer's and/or EasyGIS restrictions.
Defective items may be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions: all products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for software. This is because the software once installed, is locked to your product and is useless if returned to us.
If unopened goods are returned within 7 days from delivery, we will refund the full value of your purchase. If you feel that you need to return a product to us, please email us, sales@easygis.co.za during office hours (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm), and let us know why you are not happy with your purchase.
Overpayment
Should you make an overpayment into our account, we will only refund you once the amount has been cleared with our bank. This may take up to 14 days to process.
Our bank deals with any overpayments and they will inform us when the amount can be reversed.
