Stock and Pricing
Prices on our website are updated continuously and are subject to change without notice. Prices are based on third party rates and current exchange rates and are subject to change without notice. We only carry a small amount of stock to ensure the best possible prices at all times. Stock levels are forever changing and we cannot guarantee stock will always be available. SPECIALS AND PROMOTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY, and we will contact you imeadiatly if there is a stock availability problem. We will not be obliged to provide a product that is out of stock, or at the price advertised.

Backorders
Easygis may not always have all the products available, due to popularity of some products and availability. But we will accept orders for out of stock products to make sure that you are first in line when the shipment arrives. To ensure a backorder at the current price you need to pay in full the price for the product, failure to pay in full or at all will result in you paying the new price for the product should there be a new price on the shipment.

Disclaimer
We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders to take account of any increase in our suppliers/ prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. Errors on our website are rare, but mistakes can happen. If an error takes place, we will contact you via email and give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order. You will be issued with a credit should your order be cancelled. We will not be liable for any injuries or financial loss from accidents related to the order or loss of time and monies resulting from delays, non-deliveries and wrong delivery. Price and availability information are subject to change without notice.

Payment
Easygis Shop (www.easygis.co.za/shop) accepts Electronic Bank Transfer, Cash Deposits and Cheque Deposits as payment. Cheque deposits may take up to 14 days to clear.
All payments made will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed by our Bank.

Value added Tax
14% Vat has been added onto all products seen on this website.
Should you require an original tax invoice, it will be provided on request.

Amendment of terms
Easygis cc reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice

Exclusiuon of Liability
